Modern Slavery is a term used to encompass slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, bonded and child labour and human trafficking. Human trafficking is where a person arranges or facilitates the travel of another person with a view to that person being exploited. Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. ABS Cases Holdings London Ltd unreservedly condemns modern slavery and human trafficking wherever it occurs and prohibits the use of modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain. We expect our suppliers will hold their own suppliers to the same standard.

We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery in our organization and supply chains.
We recruit all staff ourselves and do not use outside agencies top recruit staff for our organisation.
We ensure that all staff have the legal right to work in the UK.
All our staff have an employment contract and are protected under UK employment laws (including minimum wage) and UK Health and Safety legislation.
All staff are given an employment handbook containing all the Company Policies and Procedures, which is updated regularly.
We are committed to engaging with our suppliers to assess the risk of modern slavery in our operations and supply chain.
We only purchase goods from UK based suppliers.
We may withdraw from any contracts (where we may lawfully do so) if the supplier is found to have breached the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.
